The Hambleton Suite
For a sit down lunch/dinner The Hambleton Suite seats up to 216 guests on round tables of 12 and 250 guests on straight tables, leaving space for a dance floor and disco. The Hambleton Suite can accommodate 252 guests on round tables of 12, 280 guests on straight tables and 60 seated around a boardroom table when a dance floor is not required. The suite welcomes additional guests and for buffets, barbeques and/or drinks receptions. During the summer month’s doors open onto two large terrace areas allowing you and your guests direct access into nine acres of award winning gardens and grounds. The Hambleton Suite benefits from air conditioning.
The Beech Room
For a sit down lunch/dinner The Beech Room seats up to 108 guests on round tables of 12 and 140 guests on straight tables, leaving space for a dance floor and disco. The Beech Room can accommodate 144 guests on round tables of 12, 175 guests on straight tables and 50 guests seated around one boardroom tables, when a dance floor is not required. The room welcomes additional guests for buffets, barbeques and/of drinks receptions. The Beech Room has its own private terrace/barbeque area. The Beech Room benefits from air conditioning.
The Dales Room
For a sit down lunch/dinner The Dales Room seats up to 40 guests on round tables of 10 and 60 guests on straight tables, leaving space for a dance floor and disco. The Dales Room can accommodate 60 guests on round tables of 10, 80 guests on straight tables and 30 guests seated around a boardroom tables when a dance floor is not required. The Dales Room can be used as a reception area when entertaining in the Beech Room. The Dales Room has its own private terrace area. The Dales Room benefits from air
conditioning.
The Garden Room
The elegantly decorated Garden Room with period fireplace is the ideal room for any occasion, be it a christening, birthday, anniversary, retirement party. Floor to ceiling windows allow your party stunning views across the surrounding countryside and in the summer months direct access into the hotel gardens. The Garden room can be set with one large table to seat 28 guests or with five round tables accommodating 50 guests.
The Talbot Room
Named after the Talbot family, owners of Solberge Hall until 1948. The Talbot Room is ideal for that smaller get together and can be set with one large table seating 20 guests or with three round tables seating 30 guests.
The Garden and Talbot Rooms
The Garden Room and Talbot Rooms are adjacent and together accommodate up to 84 guests on round tables or up to 90 guests on a combination of round and straight tables, and welcomes additional guests when having a buffet
The Lounge
The Lounge has magnificent views across the hotel grounds, surrounding fields and Hambleton Hills beyond and is blessed with an abundance of natural daylight which spills in from the large windows. It can be used as a reception area when entertaining in the Garden and/or Talbot Rooms or as a private dining room. Set for lunch or dinner the lounge can accommodate 18 guests on one large table or 22 guests over two round tables.
Capacities for the Hambleton Suite and Beech Room are based on 12 guests per round table.
Capacities for the Dales Room, Garden Room, Talbot Room and Lounge are based on 10 guests per round table.
Hire prices include the hire of a dance floor if required.
When hiring a room for a lunchtime event the room will be available from 12.00 noon until 4.00 pm and from 7.00 pm until 12.00 midnight for evening events.
