Silks complex is an ideal venue for any special celebration.
In contrast to the more formal dining areas of the hotel; Silks is the ideal venue for a more informal affair.
Including Silks brasserie and bar, the al fresco dining terrace, under-cover heated decking area and purpose built BBQ all enclosed in a sheltered courtyard where the sun shines all day.
A scenario to suit every occasion from a sit down meal to an informal gathering of friends for a few canapés and drinks, Silks is perfect.
For formal dining Silks will comfortably seat 50 diners, for an informal gathering many more can be catered for.
