In recent years Solberge Hall Hotel has become one of the areas most popular wedding venues.
This beautiful Georgian country house with its picturesque views and nine acres of Award Winning gardens and woodland offers you the perfect setting for your wedding photographs.
Solberge Hall Hotel is licensed to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships enabling you to hold your Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception all in one location.
We would recommend an arrival or civil ceremony time of approximately 2.00 pm. If you arrive at this time we would anticipate you would sit down for your wedding breakfast at approximately 4.00 pm with the evening reception commencing at around 7.30 pm. Our license allows alcohol to be served until midnight to non resident guests and music can also be played until midnight. Please note, unless taking the Exclusive Use Package your party must be seated for the wedding breakfast by 4.30 pm.
Should you wish to make a provisional booking we are able to hold your preferred date for a maximum of 14 days. To confirm a booking we require our contract to be signed and returned along with a deposit of £1000.00. Fifty percent of the estimated total cost of the wedding is required six weeks prior to your wedding day, full payment of all pre booked items is then required fourteen days prior to the wedding.
Our wedding co-ordinator will handle your booking and answer any questions or queries that may arise. Our wedding co-ordinator will be your main contact at Solberge Hall, helping to make all your arrangements. On the day its self our Food and Beverage Team will be responsible for looking after your wedding party from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
