Lucie Smith - Business Development Director and co-owner of the Team Group

Lucie troubleshoots on logistical matters using her 20 years of experience in the event management industry.

Paul Smith - Managing Director and joint owner of the company

Paul heads up planning and future growth, together with the responsibility of ensuring profitability and profile of the company.

Vincent Miller - Financial Director of the Group

His responsibilities include the daily running of the accounts team, producing and reporting management accounts, monitoring of foreign finances and investments, producing and monitoring of company budgets, and future financial planning. Vincent has been with Team for ten years.

Sarah Easey - Operations Director

She is responsible for all operational matters within the Group and operates with her Management team to ensure the standards of service are monitored and maintained. She joined Team in 2000 and is also responsible for all human resources throughout the company, including health and safety and employment policies. Sarah also oversees the Quality Control Procedures within Team ensuring our continuing qualification for ISO 9001:2000

Rebecca Bond - Senior Account Manager

Rebecca has been a Senior Account Manager at TEAM for the past 7 years and has over 10 years experience within the events industry. She is responsible for the day to day handling of her clients reporting back to the Director’s regarding the logistic and financial status of all events. She ensures all events are run in a professional smooth manner consistent with company and ISO procedures.

Emma Bailey – Senior Account Manager

Emma Bailey has extensive experience in event management working with TEAM for nearly seven years. Emma’s career has involved working for some of the top media and communications companies both in the UK and the USA, before moving to TEAM to concentrating on events full time. She has successfully organised several US based events in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, Boston and New York and also manages which includes organising training events across Europe, APAC and North America for one of the company's largest accounts.

Jo Fegan - Senior Account Manager

Jo is one of TEAM's longest serving employees of over 8 years. She works on some of the company's largest accounts and has recently organised a conference for over 500 people. She also has extensive knowledge and experience of creating amazing themed parties and events.


Kelly Harding – Event Systems Manager

Kelly has been working for the TEAM group for 4 years and has previously completed an A-Level in Information Technology in conjunction with a GNVQ in Information & Communications Technology. She is responsible for building and maintaining all websites within the TEAM group and runs registration for our clients both prior to the event and onsite.

Sophie Jeffries – Incentives & Promotions Manager

Sophie has worked at TEAM for 3 years organising and managing all of our hype days and incentives. Sophie manages Andy and Donna in the incentives team. Her creative side is innovative, creating unusual ideas to incentivise sales teams across the UK and the world.

 

Lauren Calton – Account Manager

Lauren has worked for TEAM for 1 year and has a degree in Marketing and Management, she has also recently completed her Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Lauren has experience of running her own client's events and has managed several onsite registrations.

 

Donna Wreathall – Junior Account Manager

Donna has recently joined TEAM and has a degree in Business Studies. Donna has previous experience working in a London based events company. Her role there included liaising with high profile speakers such as politicians and celebrities. Donna provides support to all the TEAM members, especially working with Kelly on Evaluation. Donna specialised in Evaluation when writing her degree dissertation.

Andy Tilbury – Warehouse and Transport Manager

Andy has been with TEAM for over 8 years. He specialises in hype days working closely with Sophie and Donna and helps to increase sales in companies of all types. He also manages the TEAM props warehouse generating new ideas for using the TEAM equipment.
